Although each project we work on is unique, we follow a five-step plan from project conception right through to completion:

This is an opportunity for us to discover what you’re looking for. Whether you’ve got a strict brief or simply want to explore some ideas, we’ll tell you exactly how we can help.
Step 2: Preparation
This is where the project really begins. We’ll agree on a brief and outline how we intend to achieve your desired results, leaving no stone unturned.
Step 3: Visualisation
The project starts to come to life. We’ll present a visual interpretation of the end result, working collaboratively to ensure that each design element fits together perfectly.
Step 4: Realisation
The transformation begins! Where necessary, we call upon our trusted network of tradesmen and suppliers – many of which have worked on our own homes.
Step 5: Completion
The finishing touches are applied and we check for a final time that no detail has been overlooked. Aftercare is a crucial part of our process – our ultimate goal is to surpass your expectations.
